As per January 1, 2007 Gerni is merged into Nilfisk-ALTO.
The production of high-pressure cleaners and all on-going activities are transfered to Nilfisk-ALTO.

Customer support, technical support as well as delivery of spare parts, which are attached to the present products from Gerni, will continue under Nilfisk-ALTO.
